It was our first time visiting LG's, and it was New Years Day, Ireally didn't know what to expect with it being holiday LG's came through. From the second we walked in the door, the staff took excellent care of us. We were immediately seated and drinks showed up within seconds. We were 2 couples, and we were hungry. Everyone got an app to share, Shrimp cocktails, oysters on the half shell, sticky BBQ pork ribs. They were all delicious. Next the tableside Caesar salad was tossed and served, Amazing Fresh greens perfectly coated in dressing that Was SO good because you could taste every ingredient in it. Next came the main courses and the sides. We got a lot of sides, Scalloped potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, garlic mashed, sauteed mushrooms, and truffle fries. All were delicious. Everyone got beef for their main. The ladies each got the filet mignon, one with blue cheese sauce and one with the red wine reduction. Perfectly cooked and tender. they were in heaven. The guys both got the ribeyes. One boneless with sauteed mushrooms, and one bone-in, Oscar style. Oscar style is lump crab meat, asparagus and hollandaise. These were amazing steaks, beefy tender and perfectly med- rare. The table erupted with all kinds of sounds like MMMMMMMM and OOOOOH and OMG. It was kinda funny, and tells you how much we were enjoying ourselves. Lastly was the desserts. The Busboy brought out the tray of desserts and we chose the butter cake and creme brulée, with espressos. Again, delicious. What a meal. We left with smiles on our faces and texted each other later on that night exchanging pics and talking about how good dinner was. Thank you LG's for a wonderful night

To mark a special occasion, like celebrating Mom, a prime steakhouse is always in good taste. As it turns out, LG's was down the street from our hotel and has mostly good reviews. I made a reservation via OpenTable for 8:30, hoping to avoid the dinner rush in the event our baby got fussy or anything. We were seated at a great table with terrific views of the strip and clubs. It was a great place to people watch. The celing fans were going and kept the dessert evening cool and comfortable. The steakhouse is large with multiple dining rooms. It is well decorated and well appointed. The tableware, glassware, and steak knives are all top knotch. Definitely what you expect at a nice restaurant. Our servers, Kyle and his assistant Ricky, were terrific. They really went the extra mile for us and took care of every detail, from suggesting menu items that we would like to rolling out an ice bucket on a stand a la Dom Perignon to warm our daughter's bottle. They were great. As a starter, I suggest you go with the bacon wrapped dates, besides being a feast for the eyes, they are truly delicious and decadent. Fresh, huge local dates filled with a delicious blue cheese, then wrapped in a delcious smoked bacon. If that weren't enough, the plate is adorned with arugula, sliced almonds, and mascarpone. It all combines perfectly. We also ordered the tableaide Caesar - and ever since my first at the Arroyo Chop House in Pasadena, I always order it if I see it on a menu. I love a good Caesar salad. This one did not disappoint at all. Kyle walked through the ingredients as he worked everything together like Mickey in Fantasia. There's nothing magical here, just a little food science and great ingredients, but the result truly was fantastic. I highly recommend it! For the main course, we had steak. Lol! Of course, if you call a dry aged porterhouse a steak. I call it perfection on a plate. The beef was cooked to a perfect medium rare, was super moist and tender, and had an amazing deep, rich beefy flavor. We paired it with their famous onion rings and creamed spinach and mamma mía! Wow. For dessert, momma bear wanted the house baked apple pie. It was excellent! Everything from start to service was 5 Star. They took great care of us and made our meal special. I would definitely come back when I'm in town. PS - This could be my death row meal.

Hubby and I have been coming here for many years. Since our last visit we were looking forward to their tableside ceasar salad. We are glad it's back and still phenomenal as ever. Service was friendly and the ambiance is consistently elegant. The steak never disappoints and highly recommend the Bone In Ribeye. Highly recommend to anybody who visit Palm Springs! This is one of this place established landmark.
